The greater majority of our alternative media operate on social media rather than independent platforms – they can’t afford the luxury of independent apps and new media technology.
What they have though, is the grass roots advantage of … Breaking News … Real News … stories that the mainstream are studiously avoiding.
The best example of this recently is the nepotism controversy surrounding our Foreign Affairs Minister, Nanaia Mahuta. This started from a series of articles by the Daily Examiner platform.
